SMS Terms

The program sends recurring daily wellness check-in reminders to seniors who opted in, plus missed-check-in alerts and all-clear confirmations to their designated family and trusted contacts. Transactional only — no marketing.

Opt-in

You opt in by tapping Accept on the consent screen from an SMS invitation.

Message frequency

Recurring and varies — about one reminder per day, plus alerts when a check-in is missed. Message and data rates may apply.

Help & opt-out

For help, reply HELP or email 2murfphys@gmail.com. To opt out, reply STOP at any time — you'll get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
