Cozy Check-ins sends recurring daily wellness check-in reminders to seniors who opted in, plus missed-check-in alerts and all-clear confirmations to their designated family and trusted contacts. Transactional only — no marketing.

Opt-in

The senior opts in on their own mobile device by tapping Yes — text me my daily check-in on the consent screen reached from an SMS invitation, then replying YES to the confirmation text. Daily check-ins begin only after that reply.

Message frequency

Recurring — about one message per day, plus alerts when a check-in is missed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Help & opt-out

For help, reply HELP or email support@cozycheckins.com. To opt out, reply STOP at any time — you'll get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
